I found the Conversation for Breakdown interesting. What kind of Breakdown?  What they are saying here is that you acknowledge that communication has broken down.

This book has everything you need to have successful conversations at work, during meetings, one on ones etc.  Too bad it’s not small enough so you can keep it in your pocket. If have a briefcase, you can keep it inside.
