Shawn talks about bringing your “That’s for Me” list alive. Many of these activities where you write down goals, budgets and business plans are not going to improve your business unless you bring them alive.
She recommends that your next step is to read people. She identifies several Communication styles
“Direct, Influence, Steady, Compliant”.
If you really take the time to do this, it works. For instance did you ever notice some people respond to email better than voicemail. This is similar to communication styles.
p.43 has “The Success Insights Wheel”
