Hi There are several people interested in joining our “CFI VBBC” Continuous Financial Improvement Virtual Business Book Club. They asked me to give them a week to buy/download the book and start reading it.

I read chapter 1, and couldn’t stop! What a great book. I have heard the saying, “Good is the enemy of great” before, but Collins does a great job of explaining why that is true. He concludes that ‘good is the enemy of great’ is not just a business problem, but also a human problem. Very inspiring.

I read this book about ten years ago and remembered it as the “Get the Right People on the Bus” book but that’s not the title of the book. Luckily the wonderful world of the internet pointed me in the right direction. It’s “Good to Great”. I hope you enjoy reading it.
