I agree. I think people will find it interesting that humility is a key component in great leadership.

I think Collins and his team were brilliant to come up with the idea of Level 5 Leadership. First of all, it really inspired me to try to become one, even though my company only has a few people in it. Secondly, I appreciated how he addressed the question in my mind, can you learn how to become a Level 5 leader? That was encouraging.
So much of our society is oriented towards hero worship and celebrity. It was a breath of fresh air to think that, after all, the best type of leader is a combination of personal humility and fierceness on behalf of her/his company.
